New construction projects
We provide waterproofing for new buildings (residential, commercial, and industrial) on various substrates:
- Steel deck

- Wood
During structural construction, we collaborate with other trades based on the plans. To ensure smooth progress, our design office provides them with timely reservations: schematics and detail booklets in compliance with best practices outlined in DTU 43 standards.
Our work is covered by a ten-year warranty.
Renovation projects
For renovation work, we visit the site to accurately assess the necessary tasks and better understand the environment.
If other trades are involved, we work in close collaboration with them.
Terraces roofs
A terrace roof consists of the following elements:
- A supporting element (masonry, wood, steel)
- Optionally, a slope
- Thermal insulation
- A waterproofing layer
- Optional waterproofing protection
Non-accessible terraces
For non-accessible terraces, the membrane must be held in place by one of the following methods:
- Mechanically fixed
- Ballasted with gravel
- By a vegetation or garden system
Accessible terraces
Accessible terraces must be equipped with a heavy (slabs, wood) or hard (tiles, concrete) protection.
For an aesthetic and high-quality finish, we offer a wide range of ceramic stoneware slabs, exotic wood, or wood slats (IPE), installed on pedestals.
Sloping roofs
A roof is considered sloping when the pitch is greater than 5%.
It can be clad with standing seams for an aesthetic and modern finish. It is adapted to curved or complex shapes. It adds relief to roofs and provides an appearance similar to zinc roofs.
Garden and Green Roof Terraces
The green roof terrace offers many advantages:
- Its aesthetic appearance, which allows nature to be integrated into a roof,
- Its good thermal performance: it helps reduce temperature variations,
- Its high soundproofing capacity: it is a good acoustic insulator as it absorbs sound waves and helps reduce environmental noise,
- Its ability to retain water: it contributes to the natural retention of rainwater, reducing the amount of water discharged into drainage systems.
Green roofs can be installed on flat or sloped roofs.
The plant selection primarily consists of sedums that are resistant to the Mediterranean climate.
However, regular watering during the summer months is imperative.
The appearance of the vegetation changes according to the seasons.
Garden roof terraces offer more freedom in terms of design. In fact, landscaping can accommodate almost all types of plants, including shrubs, provided that the soil layer is thick enough (at least 30 cm, or more depending on the species).
Pools, Watertight Linings, and Water Reservoirs
Our experience in waterproofing also allows us to carry out waterproofing work on:
- Water towers with food-grade waterproofing membranes
- Pools with reinforced 150/100 membranes
- Water basins and retention ponds
- Fountains
Photovoltaic
The photovoltaic membrane system is suitable for inaccessible roofs.
We use a lightweight metal structure system that allows the attachment of solar panels to a PVC-P waterproofing membrane, without perforating the waterproofing or requiring heavy lifting for the installation of solar panels.
